As well as its decorative qualities, Henna is known for its medicinal and relaxation benefits such as anxiety relief, reducing fever, headaches, cooling and burns. Henna is made from a natural plant called Lawsonia Inermis, the dried Henna leaves are crushed into a fine powder and mixed with essential oils and sugar to make the paste. We can provide therapeutic Henna workshops and Henna stalls to promote health and well-being in your workplace.
